Trust is a feature you build, not a slogan
Escrow holds funds until delivery is confirmed. Disputes are resolved by humans, not buried in fine print. Carriers earn visibility by being reliable.
Software should remove friction, not add it
Posting a shipment takes under 5 minutes. Multi-leg journeys collapse into one bid. AWBs and BOLs auto-generate. Less paperwork, more shipping.
One platform — every mode
Air, ocean, trucking, LTL, end-to-end multi-modal. Single sign-in, single payment system, single source of truth. No more managing four vendor relationships for one shipment.
Why we're building this
Anyone who's shipped freight knows the drill: phone tag with three forwarders to get a quote, opaque "fuel surcharges" that swing wildly, paperwork that doesn't talk to your accounting system, and side deals between brokers and carriers that you'll never see.
We started CargoGenix because there was no reason — beyond inertia — that this process should still feel like 1995. Cargo moves the global economy; the people moving it deserve software that works.
We started with air freight because it's the most acute pain (urgency × cost), then expanded to ocean and trucking because most real shipments touch more than one mode. The latest piece — end-to-end multi-modal — is the version of this we always wanted to build.
We're early. We move fast, ship often, and listen hard. Every shipper-carrier pair that completes a clean transaction here is the metric we care about. If you have feedback, complaints, or war stories, we want to hear them.
